TEACHER FAINTS !

Mrs. Devine,30, from

Manchester, was rushed

home on Tuesday, 12th

December because she

fainted at St. Andrew's

R.C.P. School Breightmet.

Mrs. Devine came back

to school on Thursday

and said she was

surprised because the

children had done so

much work.

One child said, " We

wanted to please Mrs.

Devine on her return

but we were so tired !

We hope she does

not faint again! "

SHOP CLOSED.... BUT WHY ?

Today at five 0' clock, 'Woods Shop' was closed down because the shopkeeper, Mrs. Wood and her children were attacked by some hostile boys.

This is Mrs. Woods nightmare come true. Mrs. Woods said,    " Last Thursday I was just about to close the door when I heard a scream. So ..." Mrs. Woods was so upset she could not continue the interview.

Police told us 'Woods Shop' was broken into and Mrs. Woods and her children were put through a terrible ordeal.

Local man finds dinosaur in back garden.

A  man happened to find some dinosaur`s  bones as he  was  digging some  flowers in his small front garden. The bones were large and are now going to a museum in Bolton town. The  man, Jordan, aged 33  received £41,000  as  well   as getting  a  new car. More archeologists will be digging  in his front garden looking  for more dinosaur`s  bones.  The leader of the archeologists are going to X ray the bones for clues on the find.

Dear Lauren,

I read an article last week about little Leah who survived an operation to remove a brain tumour. When I read the article it touched my heart, what a brave little girl! I hope she and her family had a wonderful christmas.

Block Buster Shuts Down ....

There has been shocking news that the ' Best Video' shop has been shut down.

Bolton's adults are now watching cartoons! We asked George, 51, from Breightmet, who told us, "It is disgraceful!"

Next we asked Toni, who owns the 'Best Video' Shop what he thought. Toni said, "It's not fair. The shop is being turned into a toy shop."

Last Monday, there was a kitten on a roof in Bolton town centre.

It was on the roof because the kitten had been abandoned by it's mother or so it was thought.

As the fire brigade rescued the kitten from the roof there was a loud screaching noise that came from the side of the building.

The mother appeared and ran to her kitten.

Picking the kitten up the two disappeared out of sight. It was a happy end to what looked like a sad story.

THE MONSTER UNDER MY BED

One night I was in my bed and I heard a tapping sound. It woke me up for the rest of the night.

The next morning I smelt the breezy air. I forgot about the tapping sound and I went out to play.

The night fell, thats when I heard the tapping sound again . And It was coming from under my bed. Toni and I looked under the bed and there was a horrible monster. Toni began to shiver, I began to scream in horror.

We ran down stairs mum and dad were not there. I began to wonder where they had gone ?

Did the monster kill them? Toni and I didn't know.

We ran around the house for an hour. Toni was gone. The monster went to my room with dads axe. Toni was there.

I rushed into the bedroom and I saw the monster slice the axe over Toni's neck, it was there on the floor. I screamed !

I slid down the banister and ended up in my bed. Then I saw blood dripping from the matress.

I went downstairs, mum and dad were not there. My dream had come true.... Will I ever see mum and dad again......?
